A large bowl, hand carved from black walnut and finished with danish oil. It stands on three tiny feet, with carved detail on the underside. It would make a generous eating bowl or a fairly small fruit-bowl.

Diameter is approx 23cm, depth is 4.5cm.

IMPORTANT: DO NOT CLEAN IN DISHWASHER. Wood expands and contracts with the seasons, with temperature, and with humidity. Never place this item in a washing machine. Always wash by hand, and do not leave soaking in the sink, or lying in pooled water on the draining board to dry. I would also recommend occasionally treating the wood with beeswax balm, mineral oil, or another finish of your choice to keep the wood waterproof and moisturised. Just whenever it starts to look dry. This also keeps items looking lovely and rich in colour.
