These scoops are quite pleasingly oversized. Quite shallow, but extremely wide. I can't see many practical uses, as scoops, but they make great little side dishes with handles.

Made from reclaimed mahogany, they have a lovely dark rich colour. Finished with my home made beeswax balm. I have only made a few, so please note you will be selecting your exact scoop/dish (see image 5) when you select a variant below.

Approximately 19cm long, just under 11cm across the bowl, and 2cm deep.

IMPORTANT: DO NOT CLEAN IN DISHWASHER. Wood expands and contracts with the seasons, with temperature, and with humidity. Never place this item in a washing machine. Always wash by hand, and do not leave soaking in the sink, or lying in pooled water on the draining board to dry. To ensure the longest life for your wooden utensils, I would also recommend occasionally treating the wood with beeswax balm to keep the wood waterproof and moisturised. Just whenever it starts to look dry. This also keeps utensils looking lovely and rich in colour.
